American kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 35 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Siófok, district Töreki. The holiday home is situated on an open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport and on the property.
