We were on the street side and even six floors up street traffic was so incredibly loud. We had two dirty towels, one had a hair embedded in the towel and one was stained? The staff are wonderful but this wasn’t our best stay.

What a treat. The HoP kept many of the bank’s original items such as the vault and the teller cage. Definitely one of our favorite places to stay.

Very unique hotel. Rooms were clean and decor was great. Staff was nice but may have been having a bad day. Coffee place was not open when we left at 7:30am even though I the sign said open at 7am. Not a huge deal but would have been nice and convenient.

The hotel is very beautiful and in a very quiet area… it’s close to everything and also walkable to the Sioux Falls. The staff is very nice they greet you upon arrival and make sure you’re comfortable. The bar is very good and the drinks are great…. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. My husband and i traveled for a wedding there and we had a great time.

Overall good. Very nice room, and loved being within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Parking was a bit of the pain, very limited parking at the actual hotel so we had to park across the street in the bank parking lot.

The first thing I did after checking into the hotel was take my bags upstairs, walk out and lock myself out of my room, like haven't even been here 5 minutes yet. Immediately went down to the front desk and admitted what I had done and the attendant was so kind and understanding and immediately came upstairs to help me back in. She could have had a terrible attitude but she made casual conversation and never made me feel dumb for making a mistake. I highly recommend staying here. I had zero complaints and enjoyed every minute! Beautiful building and incredible staff!

This is a very high class hotel in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls. I felt like we landed in the lap of luxury. The only negative is limited self parking. Sioux Falls has the nicest downtown I’ve been in.

The hotel was clean and the experience of staying in an old bank was cool. They still have the vault door going from the hotel into the bar area. The drinks all sounded amazing and the appetizers i had were the best food i ate while visitng Sioux Falls.
