Wont book here again

First room I got the door did not lock. Second room I got had not been remodeled. The hotel had buckets in the hallway to catch water from the leaking ceiling. The bed and pillows were rock hard. Whole hotel felt like a landlord special. Slapped on some cheap paint and vinyl floors and then think they can overcharge. The whole place just felt dirty and dingy.

Need to do proper maintenence. Toilet flush not working proper and washroom water not drain its take forever to drain water. Ac filter smell bed. My friend room dont even have freeze and his washrrom clogged so he has to go didferent room to take shower which they help to give another room just for shower but that should not be happen. Staffe is helpful but they need to update or make room work proper

Cute but Awful

First room we were given had been flooded, the carpet was squishy and the whole room smelled of mold. The carpet was sticky in the second room. The pool/waterpark was closed for maintenance. There were random children just hanging out riding bikes/scooters throughout the hotel.

When I arrived the 2 front desk attendants were arguing about what the other should be doing and then I was finally helped buy someone who I can only assume was new bc he kept saying I don’t know how to do things. If I’m paying over $150 a night I should be comfortable in the room. There was trash left in the room from someone else, there were bugs everywhere, what looked like blood stains on the floor. When I was there it was super hot however there was a heat warning so that might have contributed to it. There was a family there but their kids were sleeping in the lobby and running around outside. It was just not a great experience.

No cover on AC; drapes falling off rod; bathroom door catches on new floor tile. We knew at $100/night we weren't at the Ritz. We also bought air freshener as room was smelly. The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly... we did have trouble communicating with maintenance man from Nicaquara.

Check-in was good but that's where it ended. The entire hotel has a humidity problem. There were no overhead or laswitcjesmp lights in the room so none of the switches contolled anything. The outlet in the bathroom didnt work so i couldnt use the hair dryer in the morning and had to ask one of the maids if i could use one in a room she was cleaning. I asked the front desk if they had any portable ones but they didnt She did take down our room number so it will get it fixed, i hope. The courtyard is usable, but nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com website the breakfast was pretty decent

Good value, but the pool was broken, AC was extremely loud, beds were nice, bathroom was very dated, cleanliness was above average, breakfast was average or below, there was very loud and disruptive tenants in a nearby room, and halls smelled of marijuana. Cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Perfectly priced for family

We stayed with our family for the state track meet. I had been before and knew the beds were very comfortable even if the rooms were dated. This stay we got one of the updated rooms so it was actually much nicer than my first visit. It had a larger fridge and nice microwave. As I said before the beds are comfortable. They allowed pets at no extra charge. My kids really enjoyed the pool area. It's smaller but has zero entry for little kids and a slide for bigger kids. The breakfast wasn't the best I have had but it was food. This is a great budget hotel!!

Check in was quick and easy, however our room was not that great. The floor felt as if it was soaked and just left sticky, there was heavy mildew smell in the bathroom, and the window was absolutely filthy. The morning we had checked out we had found a yogurt container in their breakfast area that had mold on it.
