Lovely apartment inside a residential complex with shared pool. Equipped with air conditioning in the living room, it welcomes guests into a spacious living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs and open kitchen fully equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, American coffee machine, juicer, electric kettle and toaster. The apartment continues with the large bedroom equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The living room overlooks the terrace, furnished with a dining table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners! From the bedroom and the living room there is access to the balcony of the apartment.
The bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine completes the apartment.
*The pool will be available to guests from May 20th to September 30th.
Guests will benefit from a garage inside the property (garage measures 2.75 m x 5.00 m/height 2.20 m).

Das Objekt selbst ist sehr schön, 2 große Zimmer, Bad ausreichend, Pool, große Terrasse vorn und hinten noch ein Balkon. Leider mangelte es sehr an Sauberkeit: dreckiger verklebter Herd und Abzugshaube, die Dusche sehr ekelig und Toilettendeckel kaputt - sehr schade
Einkaufen, Essen gehen und schlendern, gute Verkehrsanbindung und fußläufig zum Strand - das passte alles sehr gut 👍
