Baseventuno is a apartment complex in a quiet location near Sirmione, comprising of 5 vacation flats total. Apartment Baseventuno 2 is on the first floor and accommodates 4 guests, offering 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with two beds pushed together to form a double bed), a bathroom, a living room and a modern kitchen. The outdoor area has an enclosed garden with tables and comfortable, reclining chairs as well as a 11 x 6 m pool, which is shared with the other guests. Super nice Appartment with pool and close to the lake

Clean, modern, comfortable! The house has a nice pool area and a lot of trees around the property. Stefano is a great host! Super friendly, quick to respond and he provided us with lots of information about the area. The lake is also just a 4 minute walk away where you can swim or lie in the grass under trees. The old town of Sirmione is a little bit further away, but we liked it this way because it is more crowded there. You can reach it via a short car or taxi ride. But there is also a bus which takes you there in 10 minutes and leaves right around the corner of the appartment. There are also restaurants in walking distance from the house. We can recommend Lugana Beach Ristorante.
