This apartment, located in a recently renovated residence, furnished with new furniture, offers a beautiful view of the lake and is located in a lakefront residence, equipped with a private pier and communal pool. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has an induction cooktop and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living room is bright and cozy, with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The double room, with large windows overlooking the lake and air conditioning, includes a practical wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio located a few steps from the lake, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade. The location is extremely convenient for getting around by car and offers private parking. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and some of the nearest equipped beaches are just a few meters from the property, making this apartment a real gem for a holiday on Lake Garda.
Pets are allowed only on request. There is a supplement that ranges from 50 to 100 euros per stay, depending on the size of the animal.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online structure and to perform facial recognition.
The contract will specify that it is mandatory to deposit the required security by credit card as a guarantee, to guarantee any damage.
It is forbidden to accept minors who are not accompanied by their parents.

It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
