Possibility of accommodating 28/30 people with the other 350m2 house that we have next door.

HOW TO BOOK:
We recommend sending a request for information to our agency since we have several villas, "sending a question to the real estate professional", so we will advise you on the villa that best suits your needs". Then you can book in total security in "Book Now".

We recommend booking stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you wish to reserve a week on horseback on other days, do not hesitate to contact us to specify rates and availability.

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO CONTRACTING, RATES AND PAYMENTS:

1.- You can pay through Vrbo by Visa Card with a supplement of 3% Card Commission.

2.- You can pay by Bank Transfer. No commission.

3.- The Vrbo Assistance Service can be contracted with both forms of payments.

4.- Each week ends with a final cleaning, change of sheets/pool and bath towels. If 2 weeks are booked, there are 2 cleanings etc.
This cleaning costs €400/week. Intermediate cleaning every 7 days costs €80 (2 people/2 hours).

5.- Tourist Tax: €1/Adult/Day for the first 7 days.

SUPPLEMENT ABOUT THE LOCATION:

Villa Sitges Illusion requires a car. It is located in the urbanization "Las Colinas" in Olivella. It is 10 minutes by car from Sitges, and 5 minutes by car from San Pere de Ribes. The urbanization is very residential. Restaurants, Bars and Supermarkets, food stores 5 minutes by car from the Villa. There is a Yacht Club with a bar, restaurant and tennis courts a 10-minute walk away, but it is only open in summer.
A magnificent road will take you from Sitges to Villa Ilusión through the vineyards and fields.

This villa has capacity for 16 people and has everything you need to enjoy the best vacation. The 3 floors of this house include: a large hall on two floors, 2 kitchens with all the necessary equipment, a gym, as well as a sauna.
The villa has a Dual Healthy technology infrared sauna (Full Spectrum quartz / magnesium) and a spa with bubbles and jets.

STAYS OUTSIDE OF HIGH SEASON / LONG STAYS:

Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures from 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. With its South-West orientation and because it is very sunny all day, Villa Sitges El Olivo is ideal for 3, 4, or 5-day getaways from November to March. Its rate is very adjusted in these periods.

The heated pool option offers, depending on the month, a pool between 25 and 30º. Ask for the option 10 days before to allow time to heat the pool before your arrival.



MONTHLY RENTAL FROM 1 MONTH TO 5 MONTHS.
We have very attractive monthly rates in low season for 1 month to 5 months! Consult them.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for you to enjoy an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, the costs for each are detailed below:

Important Aspects Regarding Rental, Rates, and Payments:

1. Payment can be made via Vrbo with a Visa card, with an additional 3% fee.

2. It is also possible to pay via bank transfer, with no costs or fees.

3. Vrbo's support service is available with both payment methods.

4. Cleaning Costs:
- For stays of up to one week, the cleaning cost is 400 € at the end of the stay.
- For stays of two weeks, an intermediate cleaning of 2 hours by 2 people is performed in the middle of the stay at a cost of 80 €, and a final complete cleaning at the end of the second week for 400 €.
- For stays of one month, three intermediate cleanings are included (one in the middle of each week), each costing 80 €, and a final complete cleaning at the end of the last week for 400 €.

5. Tourist tax: 1 €/adult/day for the first 7 days.

6. For monthly stays, a provision of 800 €/month for water, electricity, and gas expenses based on actual consumption.
- In the low season (from October to April), for weekly stays: Provision of 250 €/month for water, electricity, and gas expenses based on actual consumption.

7. Late check-in: From 20:00 to 24:00, with an additional cost of 45 €.

8. Late check-in: After midnight, with an additional cost of 70 €.

9. Supplement of 20 €/person per day for more than 10 people.
