HOW TO BOOK:

Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures from 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. Villa Tupinetti is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. Its rate is very tight in these periods.

We have monthly rates in low season for 1 month up to 5 months very attractive !!!. Consult them.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stays, ensuring you pay only for the services you truly need. Our basic rental fee includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, below are the extra costs for each:

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO RATES AND PAYMENTS:

1. You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or by bank transfer.

2. The Vrbo Assistance service can be contracted with both payment methods.

3. This service allows you to use customer service and assistance during your stay.

4. Cleaning costs:
- Stays up to one week: Final cleaning, €425 (€605 if it's Sunday).
- Two-week stays: Intermediate cleaning (2 hours, done by 2 people) halfway through the stay, €100; Complete final cleaning at the end of the second week, €425 (€605 if it's Sunday).
- Three-week stays: Two intermediate cleanings (each halfway through the week), €100 each; Complete final cleaning at the end of the third week, €425 (€605 if it's Sunday).
- One-month stays: Three intermediate cleanings (one at the end of each week), €100 each; Complete final cleaning at the end of the month, €425 (€605 if it's Sunday).

5. Tourist tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days.

6. In low season (15/10 to 15/04): House heating supplement, €500 per week.

7. Late check-in: from 20:00 to 24:00. + €45

8. Late check-in: from 24:00 onwards. + €70.

9. In low season, from October to May, there will be a cost of €50 per person per day from the eighth person onwards.
