The property is a semi detached property with each room consisting of a double view window. It is fitted with the state of the art decor, fitted kitchen with massive space and lastest amenities, like inbuilt fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, cabinets, wine racks etc Mannys Lodge has 4 massive double rooms namely Emerald, Ruby, Bronze and Diamond rooms (ensuite) with a flat screen TV. The bedside lamp comes with a USB connection for ease of charging of phones and other handheld devices. The family room has an office workdesk & chair. The ground floor lounge leads to the fenced garden area for outdoor relaxation. This apartment has very close proximity to most of the industrial and construction sites in Sittingbourne as well as the city centre. Most people visit Sittingbourne for several reasons and find the town to be a lovely, quiet and cozy place for work, business and relaxation. It is less than 15 minutes to the "Isle of Sheppey" with lovely seaside attraction and lots of beaches around to relax on a beautiful sunny day. It also has a fast train to Central London and Stratford international (Westfield shopping mall) which is less than 45 minutes or you can easily hop on the bus to nearby Gillingham, Maidstone or Faversham. Family break in large 4 bedroomed house
We enjoyed a 4 night break break at Mannys house on the outskirts of Sittingbourne. The house was very clean, comfortable and as described in the listing. It was great to also have an off road parking space and an outside garden space. Communication with Mannny was excellent and any issues raised were tended to immediately. This a suitable base for exploring the local area using a car or the local bus service, with beaches and much more close by.
