Completely renovated in 2018 your rental includes a beautiful entrance, a separate bedroom and equipped with a 160x200 bed, a fully open loft space of 65m ² with a huge luxuriously equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, oven) Steam, dishwasher, American fridge with freezer, small appliances), a living room and a lounge area that can turn into a sleeping area with 140x190 bed. A nice shower room equipped (hair dryer, heated mirror) and lingerie corner (washing machine and dryer).
A beautiful terrace of 55m² with garden furniture in teak, plancha, relaxation area and a small garden creating a green space. Big screen television, sound bar, home automation. Fully enclosed land and 2 private and secure parking spaces.
