Aufenthalt ohne Heizung

Unterkunft okay, sehr abgewohnt. Was aber no-go ist: drei Tage ohne Heizung im Bad .. und das bei Temperaturen unter null Grad. Wir haben am ersten Tag den Ferienhausvermieter informiert, es wurde aber während unseres Aufenthaltes nichts gemacht .. geht gar nicht!!!
