The one bedroom was huge and very clean.Serviced every day very clean.Gym was good.Washing Maxine in flat was great .After hours reception limited in consumer services. Convoluted access to room through bar two sets of different lifts.Confused about why an hairdryer not left in room, iron left there.Need to pay deposit for use of hairdryer and international plug

The location is great but our room was above a nightclub and it was impossible to sleep. The first night we were there the music stopped at 4.00am then we had to listen to the noise of the staff cleaning up. Same for the next three nights with the noise ending a little earlier. Hotel staff were great and tried their best but the noise was unacceptable.

Very good location close to the water

Hotel was clean and quiet being a studio room on the 7th floor. Entrance is through a club below and into a lift which resembles a broom cupboard and not ideal when club is in full swing and you need to cross a dance floor to enter the lift. Staff were very pleasant and room was cleaned every day.

Location, view were excellent

Hotel well located to ferries, local buses and hop on hop off buses. Great view over the harbour with lots of restaurants nearby. Music in the restaurants was however very loud. Our only disappointment was that the room when offered stated double/twin, we asked for twin. On arrival it was explained that the second bed was converted from the sofa. Both the bed and sofa bed were extremely hard. Staff were very helpful. Studio apartment. Was stylish appointed, well maintained and spotlessly clean.
