Hotel was nice but surrounding areas are not so good. Walking seems to be a little more sketchy than in other areas we have walked. We would not walk around the area after dark.

The hotel was clean the staff friendly and helpful, but the furnishings were old and not comfortable the chairs were hard and beds was not good either in need of updating the rooms, after all the cost of the rooms per night they should be alot better.

Nice hotel, with mostly friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms, clean and had everything you needed. Note that when booking through Expedia it says the standard rooms don’t have tea/coffee in the room, they do, so don’t be fooled into paying more for the room that states it has tea/coffee in the room. There was ample car parking spots and very reasonably priced at £7 for the night. Located a 10-15 minute drive from Windsor which is a lovely place to visit.

Room very clean and comfortable. Very good position to walk into lovely Windsor (45 minutes) Also very convenient for Pinewood Studios where we were going to a recording of a TV show next day . Thought we had to pay for the car park but was told it was complementary. Maybe because we had booked two nights. Excellent breakfast choices, it was extremely busy and noisy though being half week and near Legoland. . The restaurant for the evening was already full when we arrived. We could have booked to eat very early but ate in Windsor instead. It would probably have been very busy and noisy like breakfast though.

Lovely hotel that is close to many local amenities, but also only a 10 minute drive to Legoland. My kids loved it and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! Will 100% stat here again!

Close to legoland

I found the hotel good value for money, the breakfast was good. The beds are comfortable. Very close to legoland. Kids eat free. Nice bar.These are the pros.. The cons are : pay parking , nothing in the location so if you want to have a drink or eat outside the hotel you will need to get a taxi. I got a total of 4 key cards which was annoying especially after a long day in legoland.

We had a lovely stay - the room was comfortable but slightly worse for wear (bathroom sink had a crack running through it, telephone looked old and discoloured). All staff were kind and helpful, and the food was very good. Breakfast buffet was one of the nicest we had ever had - wide variety of choices, good quality and very tasty. Overall a very good stay in a nice hotel.

your stay room was very nice only thing the breakfast waitresses and allergy book needs to be better as my son has milk allergy we was told at frist he could not have bread for toast as there was milk in it but half way though having food was told they checked with kitchen and he could have the breads so i needed to leave my food to go and toast it witch then my food was cold so your staff need to be more aware about how to read allergy book as if there was a mistake could lead to a lift threatening situation for someone with a allergy. As i am greatfull the staff went to find out from kitchen they should not need to if allergy book is correct. Witch did make me feel very uneasy when my son was eating his breakfast

The staff were lovely, really made the children especially feel welcome. We really appreciated the activity packs, ty, it was a lovely touch and kept them busy. Hotel room was very clean, comfortable beds and very quiet.

It was definitely not a 4 star hotel. It was very noisy and I had to complain, ie people talking and the TV too loud in the room next door which had inter-connecting rooms. The rooms looked tired, the shower was mouldy. The restaurant was ok and the bar staff super friendly
