I had booked for 2 adults and 3 teenage children but when we arrived we found that there were only beds for 4 of us so one of the kids had to sleep on the sofa in the living room. There had been some extra bedding left in a wardrobe but it looked like it had already been used. There was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel between 5 of us. I asked for more towels but none were brought to us. There was no plug for the bath. There were only 2 dinner plates and 2 side plates. Overall not a good experience. Luckily we were only using it as a place to sleep so we could spend the day in London.

Uncomfortably hot

Really, really uncomfortably hot. This isn't just insulation, there is heat gain from somewhere (roof, terrace) but unbearably hot & wouldn't cool down with all windows open.

We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT.

The apartment is spartan but adequate and generally clean. The layout is odd: the bathroom light switch is behind the bathroom door, there is a lot of unusable space. Our big problem was bedbugs. At least two family members were bitten, one of whom has a serious allergy. The property manager to his credit responded quickly and had our fees refunded.

Excellent value for money only 10mins drive from legoland which is why we stayed. Local amenities super close by and free parking! Makes it better value than a “main brand” hotel stay. Would definitely use again.

Good environment, close to amenities, good size space, clean and modern. The only issue is the poor quality of comfort such as the sofa and beds are terrible to sleep on, hard as rock, and poor quality.

Amazing location but uncomfortable beds

Excellent location for visits to Windsor, Eaton and Slough town centre. Entire booking and check-in experience was seamless. Apartment is very accessible and secure with digital locks at the gate and front door. Overall I’d recommended staying here, but the only negative was the beds. The mattresses were as hard as a rock and pillows were poor quality

QUITE GOOD AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I'M HAPPY THAT BOOKED GOOD PRICES FOR 2 DAYS FOR 2 ROOM WITH MY FRIENDS IN HERE. THE ROOM IS VERY LUXURY, HAVE SOFA AND ALL FACILITIES, BATHROOMS WITH TUB OVERALL FELT THAT SO CLEAN AND TIDY, AND THE STAFF SO NICE AND HELPFUL, SPECIAL ASSIST THAT CAN EARLY CHECK IN AND STORAGE LUGGAGE. ALSO, A HOTEL LOCATION IS VERY EXCELLENT AS NEAR BUS STOP AROUND 5 MINUTES AND CAN WALK IN TO FAMOUS TOURIST ATTRACTIONS POINT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN NEXT TIME IN UK.

Tuvimos problemas para entrar a la propiedad porque no hubo comunicación ente expedia y el lugar, y no tenian mi reserva, hasta despues de varias llamadas y unas horas despues se pudo arreglar. Los departamentos estan muy buenos, pero la limpieza si puede mejorar bastante
