Handicap parking is too far from the entry way. Hilton members shouldnt have priority over a handicap person. My mother is 93 and partially blind. Toilet is way to low for a 5 7 person. The shower some container was not secure and fell off wall. .very dangerous for my 93 mother

Clean property. Decent breakfast. Good service. Good price. Overall give it a 4 out of 5 stars. The water pressure in the shower could be better, but sufficient. The small refrigerator in the room should be colder, but barely sufficient enough.

We stopped at the Tru by Hilton Smithfield I-95 during a road trip and were honestly impressed. Super clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed — it’s everything you want when you’re just looking for a solid place to rest and recharge. The vibe is upbeat and fun, with a bright lobby, great common spaces, and even a little snack area. The room was spotless and surprisingly spacious, and the bed was so comfortable after a long day of driving. Staff was friendly and made us feel welcome, and the location right off I-95 couldn’t be more convenient. Parking was also easy — even with our long vehicles and trailers. Great price, great experience. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Clean, comfortable stay. Nothing fancy, but nice. Bernard the breakfast ambassador was really nice. It was a pleasure spending time with him. Breakfast was basic, but worked just fine. Would definitely stay here again.
