Breakfast just ok. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Pool was very cold and unusable. Major disappointment. Room could use a microwave. Need better water pressure. Accessible shower poured water all over bathroom floor. Nice looking place. Comfortable bed. Room seemed clean and neat. Ice maker didn’t work.

L’hôtel n’avais pas notre réservation !!! Personnel à la réception a été très désagréable avec ma conjointe juste pour une information concernant l’emplacement des micro-ondes. Celle-ci a été très agressive en claquant la porte des micro -ondes à plusieurs reprise . Nous avons donc quitté l’hôtel malgré le fait que nous avions payé et utilisé les points expédia , Cette dame a de gros problème d’attitude. Nous demandons donc un remboursement complet svp

Overall, it was an excellent choice for our 1 night stay! The room was very clean, very warm (which we needed in the 5° weather), and the bathroom was very large. The free breakfast in the morning was an added bonus! The staff were super friendly! Check in and out qere quick and efficient. We felt safe and slept well! The water pressure in the shower is very light, but other than that personal preference, we had no complaints!

The staff was welcoming and friendly and the pool was a great plus, our kids really enjoyed it. We did notice, however, that the cleanliness of the hotel and our room could be improved. The floors in the room were very dirty and there was visible buildup in the standing shower around the drain and glass door.

Adorable hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Surrounded by many hotels, with restaurants and a movie theatre within walking distance. Pet friendly. There was a refrigerator in the room but no microwave. Comfortable beds and soft pillows. Good free breakfast. Pet friendly.
