Awesome outdoor pool table room. 4 bedrooms (main with ensuite), 2 living rooms (both with smart TVs and split system heating/cooling), 2 full bathrooms and additional outdoor shower. Perfectly set up for a family or two or group of friends wanting a beach side break.
An idyllic secure garden escape with outdoor dining, various nooks for reading a book or having a cocktail as well as off-street parking. A wonderful and fun outdoor pool room with pool table, seating and disco lights.
At the doorstep of all Phillip island attractions -penguins, nature parks, wineries. Amaze'n'things and go-karts.

10 mins walk to the amazing Smiths beach - perfect for surging, boogie boarding, swimming and beach fun.

3 BRs x Queen bed, 4th room has single bunk bed, single bed and spare mattress.
