No need to pack a lunch during your beach day so safe and virtually private you can leave your stuff on the beach to walk home eat relax and then enjoy the afternoon. The balcony offers views of the beach PLUS the intercostal water way. Here you can watch breathtaking sunrises AND sunsets! Topsail is a fishing destination! Spend time right outside surf fishing your heart out or in just minutes you can be at any or the 3 fishing piers on the island. There are many places to eat on the island in surf city or right off the island in both directions. Many nightlife bars on the island they are close but not too close if that's not your thing. This is the perfect place for rest and rejuvenation.

Condos location is excellent, very short walk to beach. Condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies, paper products. Host responded quickly for questions. Would recommend this condo to anyone when traveling to N Topsail Usland.

Great Experience!

Check-in was straightforward and simple. Communication with host prompt. House was in great condition and well-stocked with everything we needed. 30 second walk to reach the beach! Great location to reach other areas of interest nearby, such as restaurants and the downtown area. I can’t recommend this place more—it was everything we were looking for and at the right price point.

Perfect location

The location of this beach home was absolutely perfect. Within just steps from a beach access and great view of the water way. Very homey feeling. Loved the outdoor shower. Perfect for washing off littles after a beach day

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and dog. Good views of the ocean from two of the bedrooms and living room, as well as the porch. Less than a minute walk to the beach! Great communication from host.

It was a good trip check process was a little aggravating, but I attribute that to Vrbo not the owner. And the Internet had apparently knocked out the TV in the bedroom, which was a little cumbersome but all in all a great trip

A much needed break

The house was very well stocked with supplies. We were well pleased and we enjoyed our stay. The location to the beach is excellant.
