The bedrooms have brand new floors replaced in 2022. Additional perks include three TVs, wireless internet, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and slow cooker, as well as board games and books. A twin ottoman bed and rollaway twin bed provide extra sleeping space.
The Topsail Dunes complex offers guests a large in-ground pool, a family recreation area with a playground, multiple grills, and dedicated beach access.
