This house was very clean and fully equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The house was very comfy and inviting. It is the perfect vacation spot for solo, couple, or small family vacations. The beach is just a few steps away, and you can see the ocean from the dining room window and balcony doors. You can also see the pool, which is very nice, from the dining room window. The area is very peaceful and not touristy at all, which I really love. I ended up extending my stay for another week. I highly recommend this property, and I would definitely rent this property again.

The house was clean and fully stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The beach was only a few steps away. I could see the ocean from the dining room window and patio door. I really enjoyed my stay there and ended up extending my stay for another week. This is perfect beach vacation rental for a small family. I would rent this place again. I highly recommend this property.

Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent. Would highly recommend this rental. 4 balconies. Only used one. Wi-fi was on par with home and all my favorite grocery stores In reasonable distance. Even publix which I use when at our house in Fort Lauderdale. Had to leave for one day for a walk through on some land clearing/ 900’ driveway and home lot. Had late lunch with family and drove the three hours back because I wanted to get my beach walk in. Sorry rambling.
