This resort property sits on ten acres with a one-half mile of walking trail alongside a beautiful stream with waterfalls Teeming with whitetail deer & small wildlife. The campsite area has two 144 sq ft sleeper cabins that can sleep three with flat screen TV'S firepits & grills. The swimming pool area has a 702 sq ft studio loft that sleeps four with an 85" TV with surround sounds, double French door that leads out to the balcony that overlooks the resort style swimming pool, tennis court, & full basketball court. The pool area has a full outdoor surround system with a pavilion over a full outdoor kitchen facility, a pool side cover deck & two full spa shower bathrooms with built in sound system. The property has a full parking lot with 24hrs surveillance cameras that can accommodate up to forty cars. The property has a 3400 sq. ft. residence six bedrooms 3.5 bath with a 6-seat movie theater. The entire property has evening lighting with 24 hrs. surveillance.
