This cozy one-bedroom condo offers a welcoming home away from home for your Snowmass vacation. The open concept floorplan is ideal for encouraging time spent together even when you're not on the slopes or the trail. A full wall of glass doors in the living area lets plenty of natural light stream in. A private patio adds an additional seating area, with surrounding trees adding a touch of nature and privacy and a view of the mountains in the distance. The living room in this unit boasts a plush sofa and loveseat, perfect for settling into after a long day of adventuring. Direct your attention to the stone focal wall, where you'll enjoy the ambiance of the flickering fireplace or a movie on the flatscreen TV. The living area boasts a variety of patterns and textures, from the mountain-inspired area rug to the rustic stone that surrounds the fireplace. This cozy living space will welcome you home after fun-filled days around Snowmass!

When hunger strikes, head to the full kitchen, which flows easily from the open concept living space. Pull a stool up to the kitchen island, an ideal spot for fueling up on the most important meal of the day before hitting the slopes. The kitchen area is light and bright, with light-colored wooden cabinets contrasting with full-sized black appliances. With an entire island for meal prep, it's easy to enjoy full family meals from breakfast to dinner in this well-equipped unit.

At the end of the day, enjoy the space and privacy separate sleeping quarters provide, offering separation from the main living area. The bedroom offers a warm rustic feel, with carpet underfoot and wooden furnishings. Stow your layers away in the dresser, where there's ample drawer space. The king bed is plush and comfortable, and a small window looks out over a peaceful wall of green trees.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
