This 2 bedroom, 3 bath Woodrun V townhome offers views of Snowmass and the Elk Mountain range from the living room as well as tons of seating for everyone. Just a short walk to ski down to the Village Express or the Elk Camp gondola and ski in access from Adams Avenue on Snowmass Mountain.
The living room boasts comfortable couches, a woodburning fireplace, flat screen TV, a cozy reading area and views. Just off the living room is a sitting area with a futon couch that can be additional bedding for 2 people and views of the Snowmass area.
Off the main area is an additional bathroom as well as a sauna.
Up a few steps you will find the dining area and kitchen. The dining table seats 4 comfortably and the kitchen offers additional seating for 4 as well as stainless appliances, granite counters and custom cabinetry.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, additional seating, a private balcony and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can easily be converted to a king upon request, a flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with tub shower combo.
