This PET FRIENDLY*, spacious and convenient townhouse is located across the street from the village, slopes and lifts on the Basin side. 100 yards from the Western Territory lift, Appalachia Kitchen, Tuques and Pizza Slice.  Located on the shuttle line, the FREE bus will take you anywhere on the mountain, including Silver Creek.  5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 3 floors offers sleeping for 14. No one above or below you means less noise when you're ready to relax. The large, wood-burning fireplace warms the vaulted-ceiling living room.  A new 65" tv in the living room and a smart tv in every bedroom offers multiple areas to unwind. A large deck with wooded views is perfect for the warmer evenings.  Outdoor, individual entrances are perfect for avoiding high traffic areas.

A few notes to mention:

Snowshoe Mountain Resort has been called the Island in the Sky. While the Resort offers the amenities, comforts and entertainment you’d expect from a top-rated resort, its location is 4848 feet high in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia! There is no cell service within an hour from Snowshoe and WIFI in the Village is often weak. Please ensure you have directions and any contact numbers prior to traveling.
At Elevation Vacation Rentals we know how important connectivity is – even while vacationing – which is why we offer free WIFI at all our properties.
Ten days prior to your arrival you will have access to our online Guest Portal. The Guest Portal is your hub for important (and helpful!) information regarding your stay. One day prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with the door code, Wi-Fi, and home location information.

Please note:  A new apartment is being added to the garage area, so this unit does not offer a garage.  Please excuse any items outside that might temporarily out of place.

***Pets require a non-refundable pet fee and pets are restricted to dogs only. Contact us for details, to add a pet to your booking, or if booking direct please choose the Pet Add-on at check out on our website.

***Please note that Elevation Vacation Rentals does NOT provide wood for fireplaces or firepits.
***Please be sure to purchase your lift tickets online at the time of your rental booking. Due to new COVID restrictions on the mountain, lift tickets, reservations and activities must be purchased online in advance.

***There are no check-ins or check-outs permitted on Saturdays, or on Sundays during a holiday. (Please note that the calendars will show these days with a line, indicating it is not a check-in or check-out day. It does not mean the unit is unavailable for the weekend.
