Enjoy an elegant experience at this centrally located accommodation in Tveta, which enjoys sunshine all day long.<br><br>In the surrounding area, you’ll find Tvetaberg Outdoor Recreation Centre, where you can rent canoes and more, as well as an outdoor gym, a nature trail through the forest, and a special spot for the little ones. <br><br>With the chance to take a lovely dip in the lake and enjoy a private sauna, you can fill your days with lots of fun! <br><br>Distance:<br>Lake (Måsnaren) - 2-minute walk<br>Highway - 7 minutes by car<br>Nearest supermarket - 5 minutes by car <br>Wasa Shopping Centre - 12 minutes by car<br><br>The cottage features an open floor plan connecting the living areas, which consist of the living room, dining area, kitchen, and entryway. <br><br>The accommodation consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. <br><br>The living room is furnished with a sofa bed that sleeps two people, a coffee table, and a smart TV connected to the property’s Wi-Fi. Large windows along two of the walls let in plenty of light all day long! <br><br>The dining area has a dining table with four chairs. Additional chairs are available if needed. The wood-burning stove is located between the dining area and the kitchen. <br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, and more. There is plenty of glassware and tableware. The kitchen was newly renovated in 2023 and features a new hob and a combination microwave. A spacious half-size fridge-freezer. A kettle, coffee maker, and blender are available for use. <br><br>The bathroom has a 30-liter water heater, allowing you to take a hot shower. It features a sink, a flush toilet, and a washing machine, and is stocked with toilet paper and guest towels. <br><br>Bedroom 1 has a double bed measuring 160x200 cm and a closet.<br><br>Bedroom 2 has a double bed (180x200 cm), a larger closet, and a chest of drawers.<br><br>BED LINENS: Available upon request for a fee of 100kr/pers. Please let us know in advance if you’d like them.<br><br>You have full access to the cottage as well as the private sauna, which was built in 2019 and is essentially brand-new.<br><br>Just 100 metres away, you’ll find Lake Måsnaren, where you can take a dip. There’s a small beach and two docks available for use.<br><br> The Tveta outdoor recreation area is within walking distance. There you’ll find an outdoor gym, a jogging trail, a wild strawberry patch, and the option to rent kayaks, canoes, and more. If you’re interested in fishing, you can also purchase a fishing licence on-site. Otherwise, Gösens Sportfiske is about a 7-minute drive away, where you can buy supplies for your fishing trip and fishing licences. <br><br>Stockholm is about a 30-minute drive away.<br>The nearest supermarket is about a 5-minute drive away, and the nearest shopping centre is about a 12-minute drive away. <br>Södertälje city centre is about an 8-minute drive away. <br>Södertälje Bollhall is about a 5-minute drive away. <br>Tom Tits Experiment is about a 10-minute drive away.<br><br>
