Fantastic hotel, definitely recommend. Good location, walking distance to all the sights and main metro station (which brings you directly to/from the airport), very nice and well designed rooms, clean and new, good toilettries, and the best part - an excellent breakfast buffet, with mixed options including some typical bulgarian foods. Folks at reception were really kind and helpful too.

Nice hotel in good area and good breakfast. Check in and out very efficient. Staff very friendly. Shower was nice. Airco is not efficient. Even with airco on maximum the temperature stayed around 25-26c. Also rooms were very perfumed.

The room is spacious and very clean with modern design, thoughtfully equipped with all necessary amenities, nice view and quiet. Very comfortable pillow and bed. The hotel is close to metro station and walking distance to city centre, yet not many decent options of food in the neighbourhood. The breakfast is average and slow replenishment of food. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.

The most important factor during our stay was that the a/c was scarcely worst all, so we were hot and uncomfortable in our room. Also, where are the chairs? Two people in our room but only one chair, and none at all on the balcony. On the good side, the hotel is clean and looks good, and staff is helpful and welcoming.

The hotel was very new and modern but there was a very hazardous door stop in the middle of the common area bottom of staircase and entrance to dinning room that even when notified to the staff they did nothing about it. Several other guest we spoke with mentioned the same danger and experience with it, and they also said the staff did nothing about it

Clean and spacious room. The breakfast was not good. Croissants and bulgarian brood ( i suppossed) were not freshly baked,very hard and not appetizing at all. Eggs and sausage were not warm as well everyday the same choices which is disappointing!

We had an awful experience with both the hotel and hotels.com. Despite the hotel being advertised as having air conditioning AND hotels.com promoting it as one of their ‘Best Hotels’, the air conditioning was not working and with two young kids we had to check out. Both the hotel and hotels.com have refused to refund us or maintain communication and as a result we have lost almost $350. I have video documentation that it was 27’C but neither party are accepting responsibility for taking our money for a falsely advertised service. We were even charged tourist tax as we left the hotel despite not staying there. I suggest you stay elsewhere and use a different booking site.

Before I mention the bad, let me say that the breakfast and location are good. We stayed at this location for 3 nights. Found out after the first night that room AC was not working. Was a scorching 30+ celsius outside and inside temp would not drop below 27 celsius. Informed staff on 3 occasions about the AC not working in the room. They sent people up twice and claimed it was just the settings that were off on the thermostat. Settings were NOT wrong. Please verify the AC unit itself operating by the window. The hotel would not relocate us to another room even after we asked. We will not be staying or recommending this hotel to others.

Das Frühstück war wirklich toll! In der Woche startet das Frühstück um 07:30 Uhr und am Wochenende um 08:00 Uhr. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an regionalen Köstlichkeiten und es wird auch alles sehr zügig nachgefüllt. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt in der Straße vom Hotel. Auch Restaurants und Cafés sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die nächst gelegene Metrostation ist Serdika und etwa nach 10 - 15 minütigen Lauf per Fuß zu erreichen. WLAN ist gratis und funktioniert problemlos. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Die Citytax ist beim Check Out zu zahlen. Das Zimmer war hell, sauber, geräumig und ausgestattet mit einem Safe, einer Klimaanlage und einer Minibar. Leider funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht sehr gut und es war recht warm. Wir konnten aber mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen und würden es erneut für einen Aufenthalt buchen.

Das Hotel ist ein wirklich schönes, sauberes drei Sterne-Hotel. Die Lage hervorragend, die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Bei den Mitarbeitern im Frühstücksraum merkt man, dass sie nicht vom Fach sind. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.
