The place was absolutely amazing and centrally located . I arrived very late past midnight but the communication and instructions on how to get in was flawless. In fact someone was in the reception area when I arrived which was great. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Will definitely book this hotel again if I come back.

I'm happy with the cleaning person since that individual is consistent from making my room every day. Also, I have always new towels that is really appreciated. If not from that staff on my very first day which I strongly recommend to send him to an extensive training to learn how to treat guests with respect and patience, my review will be different and cordial.

Great room with everything I needed for a short stay. Very clean, and fresh towels daily. The room was quiet warm and the Aircon seemed ineffective, however I would stay again but bring lighter nightwear.

It was decent; contact free so I can't say much about the staff; was easy to get in, get to our room and check out. My only two complaints are the bed which felt so incredibly hard that I didn't get much sleep (Ended up getting most of my sleep on the coach to and from Rila and Plovdiv than this bed) and the shower didn't have a curtain or anything so the floor got soaked and bled into the carpet outside the bathroom.

Very convenient location for Serdika metro station, which connects to a lot of places in the centre of Sofia. I stayed in an economy room and found it perfectly adequate for a short stay - a good sized firm but comfortable bed, a decent shower in the bathroom, a good sized desk area in the room and some shelves for storing a few things. One little suggestion to improve the experience might be an extra hook or two and a couple of hangers to be able to at least hang a shirt and pair of trousers. Overall, I felt the room was good value for the price and worked well.I would certainly stay again, particularly if I needed to be close to the metro for an early flight.
