Best hotel in Gangwon. It makes the facility always crowded. Being patient and relaxed prepared for staying in the hotel.

We were not able to check in even though we arrived at the hotel at 6 PM, we had to wait about an hour. It was rather frustrating since our room was a family suit, one of the largest one in the hotel. Cleaning service was neither good. I had to request a re cleaning.
