Hosted by Pacific Beach Luxury. Ideally located within the prestigious Del Mar Beach Club in beautiful Solana Beach, this newly remodeled 1600 sf 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has it all for a family beach vacation! We are in the second building from the ocean. The complex offers four pools (nearest one heated year round), jacuzzi, fitness center, clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, and stairs that lead directly to a vibrant sandy beach. It's a short walk to Cedros Avenue (the heart of Solana Beach) with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore.

Our Luxury Beach Townhome has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms and central A/C. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with streaming and free WiFi as well as a TV in the master bedroom. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal.

Three spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms can accommodate 7 people plus an infant comfortably. Bedrooms feature king-size bed and crib in the master suite, queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds (plus a twin trundle) in the third bedroom! There is a desk and ergonomic chair set up in the queen bedroom.

We have two small children and really appreciate kid-friendly accommodations when we travel. Therefore, our unit comes with (all brand new) a full size crib for the little one to sleep, a high-chair, stroller, bed time stories, and beach toys. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway!

Park in front of the townhome in the two car carport. We provide all the beach gear your family will need! We have boogie-boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella.

We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us, including extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels. We also have full size washer and dryer in the unit, and we provide laundry detergent.

Primary renter must be 25 or older. This is not a party house! We strongly encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance.

Ideal in many ways!

The unit was the perfect size for our family including two teens who need their own space! It was clean and bright and well stocked. We found nothing lacking. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable and the access to the beach made this the perfect place to unwind. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and we took walks on the beach every day. We went for excursions to our favorite attractions and restaurants and enjoyed a very restful week break from real life.

Very nice property, nice location with close access to restaurants. Only downside is walk to beach does require several flights of stairs which are fairly steep and challenging for toddlers and when carrying beach supplies.

Great location

The biggest selling point of our stay was the location. Central to all the things we wanted to visit, great restaurants nearby, and of course the beach is just a few steps away. We loved the open layout downstairs. But if you are traveling with very small children, be aware that not all stairways can be blocked off. I did appreciate the baby gates provided but it only worked for one stairway so not the safest for a 1 year old on the move. Our biggest complaint was the WiFi. With every adult on a device it slowed way down and was difficult for those who had to work a bit while on vacation. Other than that it was a great stay. They put a lot of thought into providing everything we might need. I’d say a few small updates/repairs would go a long ways towards making this place outstanding.

Peaceful retreat

It was our first time visiting Solana Beach. We had a small view of the ocean from the kids room. Everyone in the community was very kind. We even made some new friends at the pool who have been coming with their grandparents since 1976.

Big beach, big sunset

Lovely stay at this VRBO. By far and away the best part was the sunset and easy walk to the beach. The property is clean and spacious. The heated pool is across a Parking lot. My hearty teens had no problem jumping in, but the adults found it too cold. Nevertheless, a fun resource while on vacation.

Great Stay

Property was great and well stocked. We have rented before at places where you are stocked with 1 of everything (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) this had enough for the full week. No need for dish soap or towels. Unit had three bedrooms. It was able to accommodate 4 adults and 3 kids. There is a dedicated parking spot which is great for the area. No issues parking a suburban. Some of the finishings in the house were nicked up (trim, walls, minor scratches on the floor) but overall place was clean and well kept. Washer and dryer are great for doing laundry. Beach towels and toys were included. Streaming TV was a little bit of an issue on trying to watch "regular TV" but was able to figure it out. Overall great stay.

Great location and rental

The property is in a great location, yards from the ocean, walking distance from Solana Beach shops and restaurants, and convenient to all of San Diego County. The condo was very clean and well furnished. Our family of six (grandparents, parents, and two children under 10) had everything we needed for an 11 night stay. WiFi worked well for us. Children spent a lot of time both in the ocean and the pool. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again at this property. Highly recommended.

Overall a good stay

Let’s start with the positives: excellent location right off the ocean, has mostly everything you will need during your trip, having 4 pools & a hot tub was super nice, & having all of the kids supplies was super convenient. Melina was also super responsive to all of my inquiries and concerns. One of the tires of the stroller was completely flat and she ran a new one out that same night even though it was pretty late. Also, the stairs to the ocean aren’t as intimidating as they look. The negatives: the Wifi is truly terrible. The first 24 hours of our stay we couldn’t connect at all and they had to come look at it the next day. The property managers were quick to respond but it was frustrating spending so much money on a rental that didn’t even have working wifi. My son has a medical condition that requires us to monitor his breathing and without wifi that was impossible. They did end up fixing it but it was still awful the rest of our stay. Whenever I made phone calls, I would have to disconnect from wifi in order for them to go through so I definitely wouldn’t stay here if you were going to work or need reliable internet. The power/electricity is also not great. It went out just from trying to blow dry my hair. The air conditioners provided were super helpful but the bedrooms (outside of the master) did get quite hot. The appliances could definitely use some updating also. Overall a great stay & I’d recommend staying here as long as they fix their wifi

North County at its best

Being on the edge of Del Mar and Solano Beach was wonderful. Walking distance to multiple excellent restaurants with ocean views. The beach associated with the condominium was fantastic and very private. The condominium was as advertised with excellent amenities.

Fantastic week in Solana Beach

This property had all that we needed as a family of 6 (including our kids aged 10-18). The two pools overlooking the ocean were quite cold due to the recent weather being unseasonably cold and rainy, but the warm pool across the road near the tennis courts was great, along with the adjacent hot tub. Access to the beach was very easy and the property had everything we needed (beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys). The included tennis rackets also came in handy for the teenage boys. The condo itself had all the kitchen appliances and tools we needed to prepare meals. We ended up eating out a lot, but enjoyed our breakfasts at the condo before starting our day exploring. The area around the condo is fantastic. Solana beach had lots to offer with the farmers market on weekends, great shops to check out and plenty of food options. We spent a couple afternoons at the beach up the road to the north where there was a basketball court and grassy area to play catch with our baseball gloves. To the South less than a mile is the Del mar dog beach where weekend pickup beach volleyball games are held. We didn't plan ahead for that, but definitely will next time. All in all we absolutely loved this stay for our family and would recommend the property and location to anyone.
