A 160 SQM well-located villa with all modern convenience, 5 km from Solenzara, on the Nacre's Coast, right to the border between Southern and Northern Corsica.
This is an exceptional site: almost beach 10 minutes away, because it is 2km from the sea (accessible by car or by foot) and 500 meters as the crow flies of the beach located at the base of "Aiguilles de Bavella"and 10 minutes from the river’s beach.
A swimming pool at the foot of terraces for the enjoyment of the parents. The children bathe very close to them, what is one more for the safety. The biggest appreciate the swimming pool for the refreshment, the aquaerobics ( flat-bottomed swimming pool) and why not the apéritif on steps feet in the water.

Séjour parfait en famille ET avec des amis
Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison: 5 adultes et 3 enfants dans une maison vraiment spacieuse, agréable, un jardin sublime et parfaitement entretenu. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui est restée disponible pour nous tout au long du séjour. Accès à différentes plages en voiture mais à quelques minutes seulement. La montagne pas loin, idem pour quelques villes comme Porto Vecchio et Bonifacio. Nous sommes arrivés/partis par Ajaccio et Bastia, à une distance tout à fait acceptable. Nous sommes ravis de ces vacances réussies pour tout le monde. Merci beaucoup!

Un super séjour en Corse comme toujours, avec un très bon acceuil des propriétaires de Casa Rossa...
Nous sommes revenus dans cette région, car nous trouvons qu'il y a moins de monde (surtout sur les routes) en plus à cette période après le 15 août. Les plages sont belles, les enfants adorent les baignades en rivière, les activités...La montagne n'est pas loin...Nous avons été très bien accueilli et conseillé. La villa la Palmeraie 1 est super bien équipée, propre, pratique et agréable. Ca superficie, ses commodités peuvent accueillir 2 familles (8pers) sans problème, alors à 4...pas de queue pour la salle bain!!!Bravo pour les extérieurs, très bien entrenus, c'est beau... La piscine(privée) y a sa place tip top... Le barbecue impec... Même s'il y a plusieurs locations on ne voit et n'entend personne. Bon, il peut y avoir un peu de bruit, du au passage trop rapide de certains véhicules mais comme il y a plus souvent le passage des chevaux... N'oubliez pas un répulsif pour moustiques efficace que vous sortirez dans la soirée et que vous emporterez au restau ( et il y en a de très bons. ...) Alors oui à refaire, en attendant le muscat est frais alors tchin tchin...
