Don't Stay Here - the worst holiday rental we've ever stayed at

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We were meant to stay here for 2 nights but checked out after just one night.Upon entering the department you can smell the rising damp in the walls. The place is generally dirty (bed frames, blinds etc haven't been cleaned in years). The things you don't see in the pictures besides the rising damp, peeling wall paper, missing tabs, missing light fittings, no extra blankets in winter, toilet that must 50 years old and the list goes on and on. We did notify Winnings immediately that we didn't think the property was worth the nearly $400 a night rate and they initially did come back and offered to send a cleaner and raise the issue with "upper management " however now 3 weeks later, nobody has bothered to get in touch with us or respond to our emails or return phone calls. I'd never book a property again through Winning Holidays cause they either clearly didn't inspect the property beforehand or don't care that their customers have a terrible holiday experience.
