While the outside looks worn the rooms are very nice. The rooms are clean and the beds are also comfortable. For fishermen there is easy access to the Kenai river with cleaning stations if you get lucky.

I absolutely loved the view from our room. We had a huge window that looked straight out over the river. Also, those windows had blackout shades. So the Alaskan summer can be turned off when it is time to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained. The staff was very nice and helpful. Check-in, checkout was very easy.

The hotel is less than 100 feet off a 4 lane highway, it was very noisy. Yes there is the river in the back, but no solitude. The WiFi was so slow the phone kept trying to switch to the network for connection.
