The property is situed in olive grove of 4.500 m2 , with private pool and BBQ, enjoys full sun all day, overlooks Soller . Sóller and Port de Sóller just 3 kms . Nice chillout! The house has three separate areas outside for you to relax in. Beautiful views over Soller. No neighbours but close to everything. Internet access wi-fi free. It is a perfect place to celebrate family holidays for a group of friends o couples . Relax in the comfortable 4 terraces having a dinner al fresco, with barbecue and enjoy the pool and the traditional character of the house.
The house is suitable for children, since access to the stairs and terrace are closed by protective barriers. Fantastic location for winter with nice fire place. Air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
Close to the beach of Puerto de Soller (3 km). Close to shops and restaurants. Amenities and only very shorts drive (five minutes).

Lovely property!

Property well set out - Great outdoor pool area and also lovely separate area for relaxing/socialising in the day or evening. Communication was good before and during our stay. Location good for touring this very scenic area!

Wonderful villa in the hills

We were two families with young children. This villa was ideal for what we needed. Humi was very helpful with the check in process. The house was clean and very well equipped. The pool was perfect and cleaned weekly. Couldn’t ask for more and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful House In the Mountains

We had a great 2 week stay here. Property was spotlessly clean with beautiful garden/pool area. It was also lovely inside with a nice lounge, new kitchen with large fridge freezer, modern bathrooms and lovely bedrooms. It felt so safe and secure. Plenty of places to relax outside. Everyone could have their own space. The views of Soller and the mountains were incredible. Enjoyed barbecuing in the evenings when staying in, but it is also possible to walk to Soller or Port for nice restaurants getting taxi back. Humi was a great host. She met us at the house to show us around and then left us to our privacy. She was also very understanding and flexible in relation to the uncertainty of travel regarding COVID-19. She also left us delicious cake and wine on our arrival which was a nice surprise! Would have no hesitation to stay here again. Thankyou Humi

Lovely house with lots of outside space

The house is really nice and very clean. Pool was lovely and regularly maintained and we enjoyed all the outside spaces. The view across Soller and the surrounding mountains is a joy. Air con was very welcome on some scorchingly hot days. The house has an upside down design. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor but you enter the house via the front door which is up some steep steps across the balcony. On the top floor is the living area, dining space, kitchen and main bedroom and bathroom. The main bedroom is compact but there is a wardrobe and two bedside drawers for all your holiday bits. The bathroom is just like a posh hotel! There are internal stairs down to an alcove utility area and the ground floor bedrooms. Families with younger children or mobility issues would need to take care with the number of stone steps around the property. The kitchen is very small but it has absolutely everything you would need and it was fine to produce simple meals in. There is a TV with English channels but we didn’t use it. Wifi was excellent. The Ma10 road runs just below the house - you will hear traffic noise, especially motorbikes - but it didn’t really intrude on our relaxation. If you want complete silence though, you won’t get it here. You can’t hear the road in the house. Humi was great - she showed us where everything was in the house, including when and how to feed the resident sheep, left some fabulous wine and ensaimada and then allowed us to treat the house as our own. Soller and the surrounding area are great. There are good supermarkets and plenty of local restaurants to try. You will need a car though - and the sharp incline up to the house takes a bit of getting used to. We loved our stay and would recommend the house wholeheartedly. Thank you Humi!

A very Enjoyable Stay

Nuni is an excellent host with a very generous welcome pack. Any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently. As others have said the strength of the property lies in the excellent out door facilities. The pool is lovely as are the dining and sitting areas. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The interior is a bit dated with small kitchen area which makes cooking a bit difficult and the fridge is small if you are trying to cater for 6 people. A car is essential as you cannot really walk anywhere but its only 5 minutes to the town or the port of Soller.

Fabulous, relaxing stay gazing at beautiful Soller views

A welcoming, pretty,comfortable home with lots of seating areas and a lovely pool.Well equipped( maybe a big bowl for salad would be nice if I was being picky!) ,very clean and a delicious gift on arrival.We loved feeding the 2 resident sheep! 30 minutes walk to the town square,if you plan to walk back at night take a torch.Taxi easier. A great, relaxing holiday,thankyou Humi and team

Lovely property but best when the sun is shining.

Humi is very hospital and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and as we were 7 in total (ages ranging from 31 -84 ) when the sun was shining and we could use the different terraces it worked well. We thought that the kitchen was too small for the size of the property as it was like working on a boat. However we also had 3 days of rain, and that made it challenging. Lovely views and enjoyed Clara and Quanita the two sheep who are both fond of cornflakes, although Quanita certainly made sure she got more than her fair share! The first two days were very noisy with the car rally but also made it memorable. We loved Soller and found a wonderful Fine Dining Restaurant called Salvia well worth a visit. Also my husband and I really enjoy Port Soller walking, and swimming in the bay. Yes I would recommend to our friends.

A beautifully varied space to stay in.

So many outside spaces to enjoy, the pool being the jewel in the crown. It's underlit at night, and some of our most joyous moments were taking night time dips in it! The barbeque area was great, supplemented by an outdoor gas ring. That was new to us, and we had a great time cooking paella and fabada in it. The villa is within easy reach of Soller and Port Soller. It's on the fabulous MA10, the corniche road connecting all sorts of spectacular places from Andratx in the west to Pollenca in the east. Humi the host is warm, texting happy birthday to my partner when photos of our passports revealed to her that her birthday fell in the week of our stay! All in all, the place is a winner.

Great house and pool overlooking the beautiful Soller valley

We were lucky enough to spend 4 weeks at Es Pomeret. Whilst there is a sitting and dining area inside the house, we never used them as there were too many nicer options outside! Even when it rained (rarely) we just moved to the verandah instead. Many plans for great expeditions were waylaid by enjoying the lovely scenery and bird life above. We made friends with the 2 resident sheep, who like lettuce and cucumber ends and the odd potato. Humi and family were always there and helpful if we needed them, but otherwise they just gave us the space to enjoy ourselves. You can walk to Soller and Port Soller from the house, but bring sturdy shoes and since they are both downhill, a taxi back up allows you to have that 2nd cocktail without worrying about the trip home! We had a lovely stay and were able to get a taste of Mallorcan life. Thank you Humi.

Beautiful house with fantastic views

Thank you Humi for your warm and very informative welcome. We were greeted with wine and a tasty local speciality pastry as we arrived. The house was very clean and well equipped with 3 different dining tables to choose to use (2 outside and 1 inside). The views from all over the house are fantastic looking over Soller and the mountains behind and the garden is idyllic. The temperatures hadn't risen when we arrived there so the pool was a bit chilly but we still enjoyed it. We like walking and there is a lovely walk from the house initially going to Soller then Port de Soller before climbing back over the hill to arrive in the drive of the house. To summarise, a lovely house, with a superb garden and view and a friendly and helpful owner. Thanks Humi

Beautiful, private house in a wonderful part of Majorca

We really enjoyed our stay - there were only two of us staying, but 6 could stay comfortably - the house has three separate areas outside for you to relax in. Beautiful views over Soller, very easy access to the roads up and down the Serra de Tramuntana, and to Palma (and that matters as it can take time to get around Majorca, even though the distances aren't that far), very well stocked fridge and TV area (although we didn't use it). And two beautiful sheep to make friends with! Humi met us down in Soller to guide us back to the house, which we really appreciated as it would be easy to miss the drive up to the house, she gave us all the help we needed and then stepped into the background - there if we needed her, but leaving us to enjoy her beautiful house. Sadly it wasn't quite warm enough to use the pool, but that would make the place even more enticing later in Spring. I think you'd be very lucky to find as good a home as this.....totally recommended

Séjour très agréable dans un bel environnement

Des vacances très agréables. La maison Es Pomeret est belle, calme, confortable, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, à l'écart du village tout en étant proche. Elle est idéale pour des vacances entre amis, avec décor de nature et de montagne, piscine et très jolie vue sur Soller. Très bonnes relations avec Humi la gérante, disponible et réactive.

A fantastic stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was everything it said in the add and more. Humi, the hostess was helpful and great. we arrived late and she had bought us breakfast, very kind and thoughtful. Great view, clean, nice details and comfortable beds. You need a car which we knew. We highly recommend it and hope to come again!

Dejligt hus i fantastisk område.

Vi havde en virkelig god ferie i Humis hus. Huset ligger skønt med udsigt til bjerge og by. Flere områder udenfor med mulighed for at spise og slappe af. Billeder i annoncen lever op til virkeligheden. Ingen skuffelser, kun god oplevelse. Desuden god modtagelse af Humi i huset da vi ankom.
