Stunning 2 bed Soller villa with pool in private grounds with spectacular views

Wonderful 2-bedroom villa, newly built in the traditional Mallorcan style. New 8x4 meter pool. Secluded and spacious south-facing gardens within easy walking distance of Soller Town Square. Fabulous views over Soller and the Tramantana Mountains. Tastefully furnished to a high standard. A 5 minute walk to the nearest shop and a short tram ride to the beach.


Every room is equipped with air conditioning and heating and there is a working fireplace in the lounge. The villa is suitable both for families and groups of friends. Parking is on level ground next to the villa and all doors in the villa are easy-access, double doors. Full access available to the terraces and outdoor eating area next to the villa but lower terraces would be difficult for wheelchair access.

Please note that the road up to our villa, which is about 100 metres long, is steep and narrow with stone walls on either side. Vans and fire engines can drive up it but for your peace of mind, it is recommended that guests hire a small car featured in Categories A or B of car rental ranges. The attached photos show us in a larger car - a Ford Focus - so you can judge for yourselves.

We had great stay and loved the place. There was a great restaurant within an easy walk, which was perfect given we had two you children with us. We had a hire car which made getting to the port/beach an easy 5 minute drive. If we didn’t go out in the evening we just fired up the bbq and watched the sun go down. Great views over Soller. Would happy stay there again in the future.

The villa is really beautiful; great views on the terrace over looking Soller, well laid out and tastefully furnished and also a great pool. Very responsive and helpful hosts.The driveway is steep and narrow and takes a bit of getting used to (walking and driving), but we managed fine with a 4 and 6 year old

Casa Verde - a lovely property

The property is quintessentially Mallorcan in its appearance and decor. It is spacious, private and extremely comfortable hidden away on the outskirts of Soller.The pool and patio area are lovely and real sun traps. The outside furniture is starting to shown signs of wear but is perfectly serviceable.A word of caution - the lane up to the property is VERY narrow and step. It certainly got the heart pumping when walking back but don't let it put you off - the property is lovely. The owners did tell us about the narrow lane and advised us to get a small hire car.

Magic villa

We had the most wonderful week staying at this villa. The property was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a truly comfortable stay.The location is exceptional—peaceful and quiet, with breathtaking views, yet just a 20-minute walk to the main square of Sóller, where you'll find charming shops, restaurants, and cafés.Yes, the road leading up to the villa is steep and quite narrow, but don't let that deter you. Whether walking or driving, I promise you do get used to it. We had a small SUV and by the third day, we were navigating it without holding our breath! The reward? A stunning pool and those unforgettable views that make it all completely worthwhile.We highly recommend this villa and would absolutely return.

Half term break in October

The property was in an amazing location tucked away with beautiful views of the Soller valley and the mountains. The driveway was slightly tight in the big Peugeot we rented - next time mental note to get a small car - regardless it was still fine! The location was a short walk from the local Spar and the town which had superb restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring - tram to Port De Soller was an experience as was the train to Palma. The best thing about the place was the peacefulness with everything to hand with a well appointed kitchen and good WiFi. Overall it was a superb experience - thoroughly recommended!

Lovely retreat

The villa had a very comfortable and welcoming feel to it when we arrived. It was furnished to a good standard and had everything we needed. The views and outside space were excellent as was the pool. It was an easy walk, just 15mins to Soller centre and well situated for hiking trails. It had a very peaceful feel to it and we had a very relaxing stay. The access road is narrow and steep and at first sight presents as daunting, however it is managable in a small car-our rental was a Toyota Aygo. We would definately stay again. standard and had everything

Superb

We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic villa. The villa is in a fantastic position overlooking Soller town, and the view is spectacular. We found the villa immaculately clean, and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The communication from the owners was spot on and they were very helpful. This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in and I hope to return again in the future.

Stunning Villa!

We spent a week at Casa Verde and had a wonderful stay. The villa is absolutely beautiful with views which are hard to beat. It is very well equipped and felt like a home from home. The location is perfect and a lovely walk into the town centre of Soller. Yes the hill up to the villa is steep but it keeps you fit and you are rewarded by the most stunning scenery when you return from a day out! Great communication from the owners who provided a cot and high chair for our 10 month old and airport transfers were also arranged. It is the perfect base to explore the surrounding area, take a train to Palma or the tram to the Port. We would highly recommend and would love to return in the future.

Great stay with even better pool

The place was fantastic, pool definitely the highlight and an easy 15 min walk into town square. Know that you’ll need to stay on top of trash/floor sweeping each day to avoid ants but I the views of Soller (with views from pool and house) and pool make this a 5 star stay.

Perfect holiday getaway

Perfect peaceful stay in the mountains of Soller - only a short walk from town but felt so quiet when at the villa. Incredible views, comfortable both indoors and out, fantastic kitchen as well (we cooked a whole Christmas feast)! While the driveway is slightly intimidating (if renting a car, get a small one rather than an SUV) the villa is absolutely worth the climb. We spent a fantastic holiday there and would absolutely return.

Truly stunning villa!

It truly is a stunning villa! From the garden grounds, interior, incredible views, location and helpful hosts - all was just prefect and made our stay unforgettable. Kids loved the pool where the water at end of October/ beginning of November was still fairly warm! Even the steep and narrow road leading to the villa was not a problem and we drove Fiat 500XL. We are already planning to rebook it next year!

From the moment we walked in the gate and saw the view I knew we’d chosen the right spot. Perfect if you like to stay within arms reach of the buzz but also like privacy and a bbq with a vista. The house was immaculate and had everything you could need - the kitchen was especially well equipped. The beds were also amazingly comfortable and the pool and terrace were devine. You can’t ignore the fact that it’s a steep driveway but it’s a small price to pay for the heaven that’s Casa Verde. We’d only been there 24hrs and rebooked!

Perfect Villa In Perfect Location

The villa is larger than it looks in the photos, it is modern, clean and extremely well equipped. The view to Soller is stunning. We did not hire a car and found walking into Soller and using the public bus system very straightforward. We also used Pedro who manages the property for the owners for our airport transfers and he was excellent, punctual and extremely helpful. It was the perfect getaway and we would certainly book to come back here again in the future. We had a good feeling before we arrived as Sue who owns the villa had been really helpful with our arrangements and we had read all the previous reviews. And it didn't disappoint.

Wonderful!

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Casa Verde. The location is beautiful and the villa absolutely lovely, well equipped with everything you may need. We were in the pool every day well into the evening - what a fantastic treat! We did not hire a car and used buses and the tram to get around. The public transport is impressive - reliable and cheap. Soller is a lovely, vibrant place and we enjoyed wandering through the streets just "mooching". Communication with Sue and Neal was first class. We would love to return!

A special place

We stayed one week in this beautiful villa. We did a weekly shop on our way from airport then for 3 days we enjoyed the amazing views so much we didn't leave! When you do venture out it is a short walk to the centre of Sóller past a few local bars and restaurants, being able to do this from somewhere that seemed so isolated whilst staying there really was special. As someone else mentioned it's only 180 seconds on foot up the steep hill, but well worth it. We drove a Fiat500 up and down the narrow lane to the villa incident free.

A wonderful stay

What a fantastic place! The villa was perfect in every way with stunning views over the town and surrounding mountains. The pool was just fantastic and a big hit with the kids - ideal for cooling down in the high temperatures, especially after a trek up the hill! The villa was just a short walk to the local Spar and the centre of Soller. Soller itself is full of charm, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. Would recommend a browse around the Saturday market, a day trip to Port Soller on the tram and a ride on the old train to Palma. Sue and Neal were incredibly helpful and informative hosts. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic Villa

We had such a lovely week staying here, I could not fault the villa one bit, we where here with our 9 month old baby who just had the best time especially using the fantastic swimming pool, also I cot and high chair where provided which where great quality and saves having to travel with these items. The location is about 15 min walk to hart of Soller and you have a Spar which would be 7 min walk, yes there is hill to walk up and down however it is short and steep and would defo not put us off staying again, the road up to the villa is tight and we took the recommendation to hire a small car, once you drive it a few times you get use to it. Fabulous location

This property is a wonderful 10 minute walk to downtown Soller and 10 minutes to the tennis club yet very private. We had a family of goats visit us a couple of times, which was wonderful. My only suggestion is that the mattresses be replaced since they seemed on the older side and not as comfortable as I would have hoped.
