Unique two storey building, which can be used as a whole for up to 12 people(with external staircase) or as two separate apartments. Please message us if you’re interested in renting both apartments for a larger group.
If you're looking for a quiet peaceful place to get away from it all then you've found it! The views from the terrace are absolutely stunning, and the silence is broken only by the occasion 'put put' from a local fishing boat bringing home its catch or the mesmerising song of the Cops Owl.
This ground floor apartment is 40m2, with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge/dining area.
A large patio enables you to dine out 'Al Fresco' and gaze across the beautiful bay.

Die Wohnung war absolut perfekt, um von dort aus die gesamte Insel zu erkundem. Rogac selbst ist ein kkeiner Hafenort, ideal für Menschen die es eher ruhiger mögen. Die Strände vor Ort sind schnell zu erreichen, schön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Jungs einen tollen 3wöchigen Aufenthalt gehabt und besonders die große Terasse genossen. Von dort aus hat man eine wunderbare Ausssicht über die gesamte Buch und einen wunderschönen Sternenhimmel sowie beeindruckende Sonnen- und Mondaufgänge.Vielen Dank Colin für diesen tollen Ort.Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Das Haus und die Lage sind unbeschreiblich schön. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Collin als Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und alles lief unkompliziert ab. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder Das Haus war einfach eingerichtet aber alles sauber und ordentlich. Für uns vollkommen ausreichend! genau dorthin reisen!

Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen

Wir haben uns in Colins Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist charmant eingerichtet in einem sympathischen Vintage Touch. Es ist nicht besonders groß, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht und es geht gut mit Familie mit 2 Kindern. Die Terrasse und die Aussicht auf die Hafenbucht ist toll und die Badestrände in Rogac sind nicht weit zu Fuß erreichen. Die Abwicklung hat super geklappt und man bekommt eine umfangreiche Liste von Colin für Anfahrt und Check-In und vielen tollen Empfehlungen wie z.B. das klasse Restaurant in Grohote. Die Insel ist nicht sonderlich groß aber besonders perfekt, wenn man Wassersport machen oder mit dem Boot unterwegs ist oder eben für einen Badeurlaub, denn es gibt gefühlt ca. 50 verschiedene Strände zu entdecken... Das Meer dort ist einfach klasse, glasklar und türkis, ziemlich traumhaft. War meistens auch sehr ruhig und es gibt auch viele Buchten, wo es sanft ins Meer reingeht und sich auch kleinere Kinder wohlfühlen.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Das Haus ist für den Urlaub absolut zu empfehlen. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön, der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Einzig ist die enorm steile Straße zu erwähnen an der das Haus liegt. Mein VW Touran hat es nicht geschafft von der schrägen Straße auf den hauseigenen Parkplatz zu fahren. Es gibt jedoch alternative Parkmöglichkeiten. Am Haus selbst gibt es nur Positives zu berichten. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und völlig ausreichend, das Bad ist sauber und modern. Bei der Ankunft war das Haus sauber. Die nötige Klimaanlage funktioniere einwandfrei. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub.

Geweldig!!!

We hebben genoten van 2 weken vakantie op het eiland Solta in Kroatië. Het appartement is prima. Eenvoudig maar schoon en fris. De badkamer is recent vernieuwd, verder moet er nog wel wat aangepakt worden. Kortom, het was geweldig!!

Wir lieben Kroatien (Insel Šolta)

Schon bevor der Urlaub losging, hatten wir vom Vermieter jede Menge Informationen zu Unterkunft und Umgebung erhalten. Dadurch waren wir sehr gut vorbereitet. Trotz Abwesenheit des Vermieters (dieser lebt in England) war die Kommunikation zu jeder Zeit vorhanden. Ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde sehr schnell und unkompliziert behoben (Mail an Vermieter in der Nacht, am nächsten Vormittag war alles schon wieder repariert). Die Ferienwohnung ist funktionell eingerichtet und sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Lage der Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht von Rogač von einer schönen großen Terrasse. Wir haben bereits unseren nächsten Urlaub in diesem Haus gebucht ... :-)
