This amazing hotel was an unexpected find. We got stuck here in a storm/flood, and the excellent staff and manager, Mike, went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable for our whole family. He even had coloring pages and crayons for our daughter. Breakfast was amazing. The room was clean with good air conditioning. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and multiple settings. The pool also looked really nice, though we didn’t have a chance to swim. And they have complimentary coffee, tea, and water 24/7 in the lobby. Couldn’t ask for more. (Also, as I’m writing this at breakfast, Mike is talking to and helping out a lot of other guests in the same way. This guy might be the best hotel manager I’ve ever seen.)
