This stylish craftsman is perfect for groups or families looking for a well-furnished house just steps from the center of Downtown Somerset, restaurants, The Still House, Farmer’s Market, and shops. Enjoy the beautiful and unique characteristics of an old and charming home with the comforts of updated kitchen and bathrooms, as well as all new mattresses and linens. Dock slip in Burnside available upon request.

There are 3 beautiful bedrooms upstairs, all with walk-in closets. Upstairs, you’ll find a King bedroom, a Queen with a single day bed, and a bedroom with a Double bed and full size crib. The upstairs bath includes a luxurious claw foot tub with shower and fluffy linens. The downstairs Queen bedroom has a large closet and adjacent bathroom, also available from the hallway. The downstairs bathroom is newly renovated with an oversized shower. The home includes a large living room, full size dining room, newly renovated kitchen, and new washer and dryer in the kitchen adjacent laundry room. A BBQ Grill and picnic table are available to enjoy on the back lawn or guests can enjoy the beautiful covered front porch with a cup of coffee in the mornings or cold drink in the evening.

Perfectly located, well appointed and clean!

The location of this property is perfect- within walking distance of restaurants and all the things to do in downtown Somerset. If you feel like staying in, the house has everything necessary to host well! The house is spotlessly clean and has great quality linens. 10/10 would stay again!

Great location, well appointed house.

The location to downtown restaurants and businesses was amazing. I was able to stroll for dinner both nights at The Urban Stillhouse, grab a coffee, and have lunch all without turning the car on! The house is very well appointed and decorated- you can tell they put some love into this historical home!
