Xisca and Sandro are the perfect hosts. They managed to find a solution after a power outage in the area and even came up with a temporary fix. They were reachable even in the middle of the night. We really appreciated our stay also, the house was just perfect, a typical finca just the way we like it. Each room has air conditioning, which was very nice and not mentioned in the description.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca war rundum gelungen! Das absolute Herzstück der Unterkunft ist die wunderschöne Außenanlage – mit gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten, von denen man einen herrlichen Blick über die freien Felder genießen kann. Der Pool ist perfekt platziert und bietet ebenfalls einen traumhaften Ausblick – ideal zum Entspannen und Abschalten.Auch im Inneren hat es uns an nichts gefehlt: Die Einrichtung ist praktisch, gepflegt und vollständig ausgestattet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Finca liegt etwas außerhalb. Sehr ruhig & wunderschön gelegen. Sehr sauber, alles was benötigt wird gehört zur Ausstattung. Wir würden jederzeit noch einmal zurückkommen. Wunderschöne Finca in sehr ruhiger Lage

Wir haben haben die Finca 2 Wochen lang bewohnt. Es ist eine saubere und komplett ausgestattete Finca. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool wurde einmal pro Woche professionell gereinigt. Auch eine wöchentliche Unterhaltsreinigung fand statt. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet (WhatsApp). Die Lage ist fantastisch, mit einem wunderschönen und freien Blick.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage mit wundervollem Ausblick

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus, mit der großen Terrasse und dem tollen Ausblick, ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Sitzmöglichkeiten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ein Auto ist sinnvoll. Der Austausch mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert über whatsapp möglich.

Ruhe Lage für erholsame Ferien

Wer die Ruhe liebt, ist hier richtig. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, Ansprechpartner vor Ort zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und schnelle Problemlösung garantiert. 5 Minuten Fahrzeit zum nächsten Strand und ca. 10 Minuten zum Einkaufen und Essen. Jederzeit wieder 👍!

Un séjour détente dans un cadre magnifique

La maison et la piscine sont magnifiques, avec une jolie vue, nous avons passé un séjour très reposant et parfait ! La maison est très bien équipée (ustensiles de cuisine, serviettes de bain et de toilette ! - mais pas de savon). La literie était très bonne, nous avons bien dormi. La maison est très proche de la plage, les villes alentour sont très touristiques (stations balnéaires). Xisca et Sandro sont très accessibles. Ils ont été disponibles et ont répondu à toutes nos questions. La clim était très appréciable. Attention, il y avait pas mal de moustiques. Un séjour inoubliable, merci pour tout !

Unas vacaciones de ensueño

Acabamos de llegar a nuestra ciudad después de pasar las vacaciones en esta casa. Finca Ca’n Pula es una casa con todo lo necesario, perfectamente equipada y en un entorno muy tranquilo aunque a pocos minutos de restaurantes y supermercados en Son Servera y también la playa de Cala Millor. Las camas son bastante cómodas y en la casa encontraréis todo lo necesario para que solo tengáis que preocuparos de pasar tiempo en la maravillosa piscina y disfrutar de buenas barbacoas en el porche. Esta casa ha sido nuestra base perfecta para pasar nuestras vacaciones en Mallorca y esperamos volver pronto. Gracias a Xisca por su hospitalidad, por sus recomendaciones y por y dejarnos alojar en su casa. ¡Hasta pronto!

Fantastische Finca

Wir haben uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders genossen haben wir die schöne Aussicht und natürlich den tollen Pool, der sehr sauber und auf jeden Fall groß genug für uns drei war. Man findet zu jeder Tageszeit irgendwo einen Schattenplatz. Wir haben uns Ruhe gewünscht und die haben wir hier gefunden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Heerlijk huis.

Een heel ruim en compleet huis op een mooie rustige plek met prachtig uitzicht. Prettige eigenaar die je bijstaat met al je vragen. Wij waren met zijn tweeën, maar het huis is prima geschikt voor 2 stellen doordat er 2 badkamers en slaapkamers zijn. Vanuit het huis kun je de hele oostkust + Palma en de Alcudia baai makkelijk bezoeken. Arta is een gezellig stadje vlakbij.

Wunderschöne Finca in traumhafter Lage

Wir sind als 2 Pärchen für eine Woche zum Entspannen und wandern angereist und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben und sogar noch besser: Moskitofenster, richtige Zudecken, moderner Gasgrill! Baden und chillen am Pool nach dem Wandern war einfach herrlich und absolut ungestört! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Lovely house in a quiet place

The average size house was just perfect for our family (3 persons). Very well equiped house ideal for vacation. Immediate environment is quite as well, and a car is compulsory for shopping and access to the nice beaches of the area. To conclude, a nice week in Mallorca thanks to our host Xisca ! Tolles Haus für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem wundervollen Haus, das unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt hat. Der saubere Pool war das Highlight für die Kinder. Die Bade- und Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß. Die Ausstattung der Küche inkl. hochwertigem Gasgrill im Aussenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die abgeschiedene Lage und Ruhe war genau, was wir gesucht haben. Trotzdem ist es nicht weit zu tollen Stränden, bezaubernden kleinen Städten abseits der Touristenpfade und guten Restaurants. Alles Prima, Danke an die netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber!

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und das Haus war noch schöner als erwartet. Die Lage ist einzigartig - ruhig, herrlicher Ausblick und ohne Nachbarn. Das Haus, die verschiedenen Terrassen und der Poolbereich waren sehr gepflegt, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt und sehr schön. Unser Kontakt Sandro war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! :)

Der perfekte Urlaub

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben zwei Wochen in dieser wunderbaren Finca verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Unsere Kinder (5,7) haben den großen Garten geliebt. Dort gab es so viel zu entdecken! Für Jogger ist auch die Via Verda, die von Manacor nach Artà führt, in der Nähe. Der Pool hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Von dort hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich und die Ausstattung ist einfach super. Das Wohnzimmer, was auch richtig gemütlich ist, haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir eigentlich immer nur draußen waren. Die überdachte Terrasse ist einfach toll. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen. Für vier Personen ist es einfach perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat sehr gut geklappt und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank für zwei wunderbare Wochen.

Himmlische Ruhe und traumhafter Ausblick

Wer himmlische Ruhe und einen traumhaften Ausblick von Pool und Terrasse sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt und professionell. Lediglich für Kleinkinder ist die Finca aus Sicherheitsgründen im Aussenbereich nicht zu empfehlen.
