Country house with pool on a rural plot, close to the sea and Cala Millor beach, just 1 km from Cala Bona.

This charming, recently renovated house features a modern and open design, fully equipped and tastefully furnished for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The house is laid out on one floor and offers a cozy living room with a fireplace, adjacent to a spacious, modern kitchen-office.

There are three bedrooms: two with twin beds and one with a double bed. All share a full bathroom with a shower cabin.

Outside, you’ll find a lovely pool surrounded by a small garden and several terraces, as well as a porch-terrace and an additional bathroom with a shower.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room (extra cost).

Located in a peaceful rural area, the property offers the tranquility of the countryside while being just minutes away from Cala Millor and Cala Bona, easily reachable on foot, by bike, or by car.

For golf enthusiasts, several courses such as Pula Golf, Golf Son servera, Golf Canyamel, Capdepera Golfare just 7 km away.

Reibungslose Abwicklung. Tolle Betreuung durch Villas Planet. Lediglich Dusche im Garten war von Anfang an defekt und wurde auch während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht repariert.

Ein schönes Haus und nur 10 Minuten zum Strand! Der Pool in seinem Farbspiel ist wirklich schön:) Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend um zu kochen, putzen oder einen schönen Grillabend zu verbringen. Die Zimmer haben eine perfekte Größe und auch der Wohnraum ist optimal! Es gab null Probleme bei Absprachen/Termine (Wechsel Bettwäsche/ Handtücher/ Poolreinigung) mit Sebastia und Isabella:) Natürlich muss man in Spanien (Gerade außerhalb) auch mit Moskitos und den üblichen Verdächtigen Tierchen rechnen aber wer schon in diesem Land war, kennt es auch. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 2 Pärchen und 2 Singles dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Danke für die Betreuung und wir kommen wieder :):):)
