Luxurious and Modern Holiday Home "Port Nou Ca Na Cati" Directly at the Sea
In the northeast of Majorca, about 7 km north of Cala Millor and built directly at the sea, lies the new and luxurious holiday house "Port Nou Ca Na Cati".
The holiday home has a living room with living area, fireplace and panoramic windows with sea views, a well equipped, very modern designer kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and offers space for 6 people.
The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer, a television with satellite TV and DVD player, a cot and a high chair.
Outside there is a private sun terrace with direct panoramic views over the Majorcan coast and the deep blue Mediterranean Sea. One bedroom has access to a wonderful balcony with sea view. Due to the glass balustrade you can see and hear the sound of the sea as soon as you wake up.
Within a radius of 500m to 1 km you will find several restaurants, which you can reach in 7 - 12 minutes on foot. Several supermarkets are only a few minutes away by car in Costa dels Pins or in Cala Millor. The next beach "Platja de Sa Marjal" is within 1,1 km or 12 minutes walking distance.
The famous stalactite caves "Coves d'Artá" are a quarter of an hour away by car.
To the airport Palma de Mallorca you need about 1 hour by car (69 km).
Parking spaces are available on the property.
