Rooms and grounds were very well kept and clean. My only complaint is the nickel and diming. I had already paid for our stay but was required to give them my card for “incidentals”. Ended up charging me $30 for God knows what. It’s extra to park there and their breakfasts cost a small fortune.

Staff was friendly but the room was very noisy (above lobby, on Main Street, loud neighbors). I had to put a towel on the floor in front of the door to block the cold air and light coming through the large gap under the door. The table by the couch had food crumbs from prior guests on it.

We have been loyal customers from the beginning when property was under Best western ( extremely pleasurable experience. Since the new management with Hilton I’ve noticed that the customer gets charged for things that were complementary in the past, which made it very affordable. The cost due to renovations has gone up considerably although the area is extremely convenient for dining, etc.. I am disappointed because we are charged for everything.. BMD
