At the foot of the dune, access to the beach in 2 minutes, it is the ideal place to spend holidays with family or friends. Renovated in 2017, contemporary style, it is a comfortable house, functional and happy!
Our Villa of 145 m2 can accommodate 9 people and includes: Bright living room with dining room opening onto a large partly covered terrace, living room with flat screen TV. The veranda overlooks the swimming pool with teak table 10 people - Secure parking.
Modern kitchen equipped with: dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, small appliances. A great week

Fabulous house and pool. Plenty of space for everyone. 2 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the lake. Lovely town with great ice creams! A lovely relaxing week.

Perfect vacation home

The house is perfectly located, close to a wonderful beach and not too far from Hossegor centre. We spent a great week in this house and would have loved to stay longer. The pool is good sized and big fun, the kitchen is amazingly well equipped and all rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Catherine was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. We can highly recommend this house.

Im Haus, nicht viel auszusetzen ausser verstopfte Abflüsse in einer Dusche und in der Küche. Sehr sauber. Außenanlage (Terrasse, Gartenmöbel, Grill) sollte erneuert werden, angesichts der Preisklasse Wasser im Schwimmbad kalt, obwohl im Chat erwähnt wird dass das Schwimmbad bis Mitte September beheizt wird Endreinigung plötzlich kostenpflichtig

Tolle Lage und sehr schönes Haus.

Wir lieben die französchische Atlantikküste und hier besonders die Region um Hossegor. Das Haus liegt direkt hinter den Dünen und auch am See oder in der City ist man mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten. Das Auto kann also viel pausieren. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr schön und maritim gehalten. Bei der Ausstattung findet man alles, was man brauchen könnte, stabiles Internet inklusive. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe, die zum Schwimmen einläd. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war problemlos auf englisch per Chat oder telefonisch möglich. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub in Hossegor und wir werden sicherlich bald wiederkommen.

Belle maison confortable. Attention pas de piscine chauffée

Une belle maison avec un haut niveau de confort ( literie et équipement cuisine supérieurs à toutes locations). Nous avons eu une déception à l’arrivée car la piscine n était pas chauffée et nous avions choisi cette maison pour cet atout la. Le chauffage était inscrit dans les commentaires des hôtes. Nous avons dû finalement payer nous même le chauffage de la piscine. A part ca , la propriétaire était charmante disponible et toujours prête à rendre notre séjour agréable.

Maison à deux pas de la mer

Merci Catherine pour votre flexibilité concernant nos différentes demande. La maison est vraiment bien, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Si nous devons être critique, la seul chose que je pourrai dire à améliorer serais le tour de la piscine en bois, de ne pas marcher pied nu car peu donner des échardes dans les pieds. Belle maison pour vacances en famille.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille avec enfants et grands-parents dans cette belle maison. Idéalement située à 2 min de la plage de la Gravière connue pour ses conditions de surf, et équipée d'une grande piscine chauffée, les conditions étaient réunies pour passer de bonnes vacances. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la cuisine très bien équipée, les extérieurs sont très agréables, l'espace nuit est adapté à 8 personnes toutefois pour accéder à la chambre avec lits superposées, il faut traverser la buanderie. Juste un petit bémol concernant le ménage: dans cette gamme de prix, cette prestation devrait être incluse. Nous tenons toutefois à remercier la propriétaire, Catherine, pour sa disponibilité et qui a à coeur de vous faire passer un bon séjour. Nous recommandons.

Merveilleux séjour

La localisation est géniale: juste en bas de la dune permettant un accès rapide à la plage, aux vagues et aux cabanes de plage, à qques minutes du lac (6min à pied) et du centre ville (20min à pied). L'équipement de la maison est top, varié et de très bonne qualité: matériel de cuisine, vaisselle, wifi, sono, transats, etc... La piscine est grande et chauffée. Le plan de la maison est bien pensé pour ne pas se géner. On reviendra avec grand plaisir avec famille et amis. Catherine est disponible pour toute question.
