* family with children (not recommended between 6 months and 3 years old because raised terrace, fall possible for daredevils :)). Access to Ocean Beaches and Lake Beach on foot (about 600m). Closed ground sported by 1 100m² which gives on the pines, a calm and restful place.
Ideal house for athletes:
- Ocean, Gravière Beach (world famous surf spot), Estagnots beach with parking and of course the Central for night owls ...
- Lake Hossegor opposite with access to the White Beach (swimming, water skiing, paddle, ...) and for the smallest Club des Pingouins 800m on foot.
* Indian summer; period of calm, with the famous Indian summer of the Landes, to avoid the summer excitement.
