Villa Flavia is a magnificent home, set in the heart of Sorrento. Extending over 350m² and 4 floors, it sleeps up to 12 people.



Access to the villa is on the main road via an automatic gate which leads to a parking spot for two cars with an electric car charging station. A few steps lead down to the ground floor where there is an enclosed veranda and a light-filled, spacious living room where you can relax in comfort.



A corridor leads to the kitchen which overlooks the furnished outdoor patio and is equipped with a hob, sink, 60cm and 90 cm ovens, fridge-freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, and table with chairs.



Steps from the veranda lead down to the basement area and the SPA which includes a sunken hot tub, sauna, emotional shower and a furnished fitness area. There’s also a laundry room. An internal staircase leads directly from the basement to the living room.



A lift is available from the basement right up to the attic floor, in addition to the internal staircase with stairway lighting.



There’s also a furnished sea view terrace and close by, a restaurant and bar.



The villa has a private swimming pool of 3.40x1.80 m, 50 cm deep. It is open from May 1st to October 31.

The bedrooms (with safe and private bathroom) and bathrooms (all with heated towel rails) are spread over all the floors of the villa:



First floor:



• Bedroom 1: King size bed, bedside tables, writing desk, chairs, TV, wardrobe, window, French windows to balcony

• Bedroom 3: Double bed (convertible to twins, on request), bedside tables, chairs, TV, writing desk, window, French windows to balcony

Ground floor:

Attic:

• Bedroom 5: King size bed, TV, fireplace, wall shelving, wardrobe, window, skylight, French windows, double sofa bed

Not included in the price, to be paid on site:



• Tourist tax 4,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights from 1/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay

• Damage deposit 1000,00 euros

• Final cleaning 550,00 euros

• For arrival after 8:00 PM until midnight a late arrival fee of 60,00 euros will be requested. For arrivals after midnight a late arrival fee of 80,00 euros will be requested.
