Disliked: Room comfort

Great location but no hot water

The location is perfect right in the centre of Sorrento. Good size and comfortable however the showers where cold the whole stay. Other little things also need to be improved such as only supplying Two cups and Two small toilet rolls when there are 7 people staying for 3 nights!
