Well located, service need improvement

The tax indicated on hotel.com was not the same asked by the lady. I explained and I’ve paid what I saw on hotel.com. We were 5 and I requested few times toilet paper. I was forced to shop toilet paper as they refused to provide us more toilet paper. They finally give us toilet paper when I was really upset. The lady notified they didn’t have dishwasher soap but I was forced to request it a day later. The loft is very well located, great location. 7 minutes from marina (ferry) and train station. In the middle of the Sorrento activity.
Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2022
