We stayed for 3 nights at Maison Lauren. Simona is a fantastic host, she was answering immediately to my messages and she was very welcoming and nice. The blue room with terrace has stunning views of Gulf of Naples. The place is in walkable distance to main attractions and close to shopping area and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Overall it was good. Simon was bery helpful. Its on the 4th floor and elevater dosnt work properly. Using the stairs is very hectic. Elevater sensors r so sensitive that it can lock and stop in the middle.

The Maison Lauren was perfect for me and my 2 adult daughters! We rented a 2-bedroom, 2 bath unit and it had an absolutely amazing view of Sorrento and the sea. It was quite spacious, incredibly clean and modern. We are hoping to go back in the next year and are planning to stay there again. Location was wonderful also!

We loved our stay at maison Lauren. The only slight downside is there is a lot of stairs to get up to the room. There is an elevator but it is tiny. The wonderful hospitality and extremely clean room made up for it!! We will stay there again for sure!! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Maison Lauren! The location is fantastic and Simona was incredible - very friendly, responsive and helpful with recommendations. The room is comfortable and the balcony was a lovely addition. We had an issue where there were some very small ants in the bathroom sink, but Simona and team took care of it immediately and they were gone. Overall, it was a great stay. The elevator is a bit small and feels unusual at first, but once you get used to it, between this and the stairs it is not too bad to get up to the top floor. We would recommend as a solid place to stay in the heart of Sorrento, with lovely hospitality.

We had the most amazing stay at Maison Lauren. We were greeted by the lovely owner Simona and shown around and given lots of recommendations for where to go. The room was beautiful. We stayed in the Green room as that was the only one left when booking. It is the only one without a balcony so was a little worried we would miss out sitting outside. I didn’t need to be! The view was absolutely amazing, even from the bathroom window. It was so hot we wanted to be inside with the aircon on anyway and really only used the room for sleeping and getting ready, otherwise we were out and about. I don’t think we could have picked a better place location wise either. Right at the beginning of Corso Italia and close to walk down to Marina Grande. Thank you again Simona for a wonderful stay. We hope to make it back at some point and maybe bring our children next time so will be looking at booking your apartment. X

Great spot for a Sorrento family vacay

It was the perfect place for our family. Lots of space just off the Main Street in Sorrento. AC was great, unexpected washer in the apartment and you hang the clothes outside like a local. Views for miles and awesome sunsets. It never got loud but you could still be in the heart of the action in a few minutes-which we did we twice daily meals and trips to the playground. The host was gracious and gave nice recs. There was also daily housekeeping which we didn’t expect. Would stay again.

We booked this hotel in August of 2024, and cancelled about 6-8 weeks later, as our travel plans changed. Per their add on Expedia, we had up to 90 days to cancel with refund. To this day, (6/27/2025), we have not seen a penny of our full payment of $2200.00. Please do not book this hotel unless you are 100% sure you will be staying here, and pray your plans don’t change or that nothing comes up where you’ll need assistance from them. Expedia has not been able to reach the hotel on our behalf, per their customer service. We have sent many emails and all have been unsuccessful getting a response. This hotel has been a complete nightmare to deal with! I would advise to stay somewhere else!
