This hotel is phenomenal. The atmosphere is authentic. The room was spacious and everything we expected. The employees at the front desk go above and beyond. I’m in awe and grateful. They do not have a pool but they do have a property closely by that has a pool for utilization. Win win.

The check Kim was wonderful,half the luggage was not put on the Swiss Air flight so we could not leave the airport for 2 1/2 hours there fore missing our organised transportation but the hotel night auditor organized another person that had already finished work for the day to come and pick us up for another 150 euros. He did a great job organising it. The hotel and staff were outstanding and the hotel being built in the 1500’s was immaculate.

This is an amazing hotel. It is a gorgeous and historic (built in the 15 century) property that is located exactly where you'd want your hotel to be, close to all the dining and shopping areas of Sorrento's old city center. Also very close to the bus and train terminal, the marina port for ferries, and the beach. Staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. Excellent daily breakfast was included.
