This modern and spacious 3 bedroom villa is located just metres from the sea and enjoys fabulous views of the Ayia Thekla coastline. Just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 5 minutes drive to the resort centre, it is an excellent villa choice for families looking for a relaxing stay in a great location.

As you enter the villa there is a large open-plan living area with cozy seating and area and widescreen TV. The dining area seats 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a WC on the ground floor.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin, all with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom with a bath tub and overhead shower.
There is also a balcony upstairs leading out from the master bedroom with a seating area where you can enjoy the panoramic sea views.

Outside you will find a large garden area and private pool surrounded by palm trees. There are sun loungers and outside furniture for relaxing in the sun.

Overall this lovely villa is a great choice for a relaxing holiday.

10 day stay

From the outside it lived up to expectations lovely pool but furniture could do with being replaced or at least cleaned where pigeons like to fly over and the same for the upstairs patio pigeons need to be removed as you do not want to be cleaning when on holiday can't even sit out if you wanted too. Inside was clean but could do with a total makeover especially kitchen and upstairs in ensuite door not good and wires exposed also third bedroom aircon did not work fully either. For the cost of the villa had higher expectations.
