Completed in 2010, a high-quality 10+2 person semi-detached apartment in Vuokatti.
Living area 114 m², on two floors. Downstairs, kitchen-dining room and lounge, bedroom (double bed), washroom with toilet and two showers, sauna (electric heater).
Upstairs, three bedrooms, two with a double bed and a single bed, and one with two single beds. In addition, in the loft lobby, a sofa bed (140 cm) for 2, toilet and shower. Large terrace and garden furniture. Gas grill (summer time).
Additional equipment: TV x 2 and XBox 360 + games. Air heat pump for additional heating and cooling. Lockable ski/outdoor storage, 4 x car heater plug.
Children's equipment includes a high chair, bunk bed = travel bed and baby gates on the stairs (at the top and bottom).
Note the property is not rented to groups of young people (under 25 years).
