Located in the heart of the Perche region, less than 2 hours away from Paris, come and relax in this typical Percheron house, fully renovated with stone walls, exposed beams, bricks and terracotta floor tiles.
The property is set in one hectare of land with an orchard, a garden and a large park with sheeps, all not overlooked.
The house has two terraces: the main one faces east and overlooks the park, while the second faces west, so you can enjoy the outdoors as the sun shines.
On the first floor, you'll find a large living room (with open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge), a laundry room and a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
These two rooms open onto a wooden terrace where you can enjoy an outdoor lounge.
